A special circumstance is found in the declinations where Steve's natal Sun is contraparallel the Jupiter/Chiron midpoint. Such as structure often represents a "promise" that will be realised at some stage in life. When Higher Love was launched, the transiting Saturn and Chiron were in contraparallel and aspecting Steve's Sun so that Chiron was exactly parallel his Sun and Saturn was contra the natal Sun.
